START THE PC BROWSER SERVICE 

- From start menu right click My computer  and than click manage.

- Double -Click the service and application.

- Double -Click service. 

- Right click the computer browser and than click the Start. 

- Close the computer management window.

  Install file and print sharing  for MS Networks.


- Go to start menu and run the command ncpa. College.
- Right click the local area connection
- Go to the properties.
- Click the general tab and click the Install.
- check the network list.
- Click OK.
- Click close.

- Run the command firewall. Cpl and than click OK. 

- Click general tab. 

- Don't allow exception check is not selected. 

- Click the exception tab. 

Click OK. 

Troubleshooting Access Denied Errors message 

Steps:

- The folder ownership has changed. 

- You do not have the appropriate permissions. 

- The file is encrypted. 

- Right click the properties. 

- On the Security tab. 

- Click Advances and then click change. 

- Type the name of person that you want to give ownership. 

- Click name 

- Click OK. 

Appropriate permissions. 

- Right click the file or folder  and than click the properties. 

- Click the security. 

- Click the under Group or user name. 

- Click Edit click your name, select the check box. 

Click OK.

Office 365 is a subscription based services. Which can be used for file sharing pupose. 

All document are stored on the cloud and change made documents are automatically synchronized on all devices. 

FILE ACCESS FTP

FTP stand for file transfer protocol is a internet protocol is sharing large files between computer on the internet over all on TCP/IP connection. 

FTP is a client server protocol that on two communication channels between clients and serves.
